Solid stay downtown
fast service frequent elevators
The room service was fast. Housekeeping checked with me daily regarding my needs. The elevators were frequent . I was able to relax in my room for two days of my trip.
It would have been nice if there was a shuttle bus to the airport. I had to find other transport.

the location is very practical i think. i had easy access to many restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful. they were always smiling and ready to assist.

true gem infectious energy daily ritual genuine smile
the mike hammer show brought waves of laughter. Its energy is infectious. dining at magnolias and chicago brewing was a daily ritual, each meal more good than the last. the staff's warmth and constant availability, their smiles genuine and inviting.
the hallway carpet had a stain. though minor, i hoped it would have been cleaned.

Check-in was efficient and cute, and the front desk staff showed true professionalism. Every interaction felt personalized. the wait staff at the restaurants were attentive and personable, attending to our needs with care, and any request was handled quickly.
