i was quite happy with the ample room size it really went beyond what i thought it would be i also found justin at check in to be very helpful in getting me an ada suite because i use a scooter the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful too

i did notice that you could hear the tv from the next door room it was a very slight disturbance though

the king bed in my room was quite comfortable and provided a good night's sleep i also appreciated having a refrigerator in the room it was useful for keeping drinks cold and storing leftovers

The room service was fast. Housekeeping checked with me daily regarding my needs. The elevators were frequent . I was able to relax in my room for two days of my trip.

It would have been nice if there was a shuttle bus to the airport. I had to find other transport.

the mike hammer show brought waves of laughter. Its energy is infectious. dining at magnolias and chicago brewing was a daily ritual, each meal more good than the last. the staff's warmth and constant availability, their smiles genuine and inviting.

the hallway carpet had a stain. though minor, i hoped it would have been cleaned.
